Please note that:

  • Our inspired fragrances are independently created and are not manufactured, endorsed by, or affiliated with the original designer brands.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

BR Luxe Scents reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Any pricing errors identified before dispatch may be corrected, and customers will be contacted before the order is processed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery charges.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Cancel orders where products are unavailable.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

BR Luxe Scents does not store your payment card information.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location or courier services.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, BR Luxe Scents cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of the products pass to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, fragrance products cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or personal fragrance preference.

Customers remain entitled to appropriate remedies where products are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
